Our Story
Growing up in South India, Idli and Dosa have consistently been our go-to breakfast. When our entire family fell ill during the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to rely on store-bought batter. It was during this time that we noticed most batters were instantly ground, unfermented and lacked the authentic taste we were accustomed to. This realization inspired our journey—a simple yet profound mission: to offer families authentic Idli-Dosa batter, reminiscent of those lovingly prepared in South Indian households for generations.
Guided by this vision, we embarked on a quest to perfect our recipes, sourcing the finest ingredients and meticulously refining our techniques to ensure that every batch of Fluffy Batter captures the true essence of homemade goodness.
