It was during this time that we noticed most batters were instantly ground, unfermented and lacked the authentic taste we were accustomed to. This realization inspired our journey—a simple yet profound mission: to offer families authentic Idli-Dosa batter, reminiscent of those lovingly prepared in South Indian households for generations.
